According to "Expert - 400" ratings, issued in October 2005 by "Expert-RA" agency, OJSHC "Yakutugol" occupies 186th position for production marketing volume in the list of other Russian companies, and 7th position among the coal-mining companies of the Russian Federation. Efficiency of company's staff policy is proved by the prize "Best Personnel Department in Russia -2005" awarded in frame of the first All-Russian contest, which took place in September last year. In November 2005, our company was awarded "MBA Cup - 2005". Great attention is paid to the planning and implementation of social development programs for our staff.
Annually our enterprise sends its employees and their families to "Belokurikha", "Yessentuki", "Shmakovky", "Arshan", "Goryachinsk", and "Beas Chagda" resorts and to the Black Sea resorts - Sochi, Gelendgik, Adler, Anapa and Lazarevskaya.
